We've set the date for this year's Annual General Meeting: Thursday, 19 November 2026.

If you're interested in nominating someone for the Board, or putting your own hand up, nominations close 5:00pm (AWST) on Wednesday, 7 October 2026. Nominations need to be in writing, with consent to act attached, and received at our registered office at Level 1, 141-143 Burswood Road, Burswood, WA 6100 by that time.

The full Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum, with all the detail you'll need ahead of the AGM, will follow in due course. We'll lodge it with the ASX and make it available on our investor website as well.

This announcement is just the formal heads-up required under our Constitution and the ASX Listing Rules. There's nothing else to act on right now unless you're considering a Board nomination.
