Cessation of Quarterly Reporting
Summary
ASX has confirmed we no longer need to lodge quarterly Appendix 4C reports, effective immediately. It's a discretionary call ASX makes when a company shows sustained positive operating cash flow, and it reflects where Resonance Health sits today rather than any change to what we do.
The numbers behind the decision: positive operating cash flow in all four quarters of FY26, full-year net positive operating cash inflow of $2.9M, and a net cash position of $2.3M at 30 June 2026. Group revenue has grown from $4M in FY23 to recent FY26 guidance of $16M.
The June 2026 quarterly report, released 24 July 2026, will be our last one, unless ASX advises otherwise down the track. Our next periodic report under the ASX rules will be the preliminary financial report (Appendix 4E), due 31 August 2026.
This doesn't change how much you hear from us. We'll keep meeting our continuous disclosure obligations, and you'll still get the half-year and full-year reports, investor presentations, ongoing announcements, and updates at our AGMs. As Andrew Harrison put it, shareholders will keep getting the numbers that matter, just through those channels instead of the quarterly cashflow report.
